Our Doctors offer worker’s compensation consultations.

For a claim to be billed directly to an insurer, a claim number and a letter stating that liability has been accepted must be presented at your consultation.

If the claim has not yet been approved by the insurer, patients are responsible for all fee’s and payment must be made at the time of the consultation.
